Every personalized piece is made to order with care and attention to detail. Standard production is 7–10 business days, with Rush Production available on select items when time matters most.

Your order is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and shipped with care. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Your personalized pieces are thoughtfully created to be enjoyed for years to come. To help them look their best:
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Hand wash or Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Hang dry whenever possible or tumble dry on low heat.
- Avoid ironing directly over HTV, rhinestones, embellishments, or specialty finishes.
